My friend, Faith, shared this video with me last night and I instantly fell in love. She attended my writing workshop and I was talking about how I love to use children’s books as a source of inspiration for my writing. Apparently, she also has a love for children’s books and collects them – which I can’t wait to check out her collection. But one of my all time favorite Dr. Seuss books was always Oh, the Places You’ll Go and it couldn’t have been executed better in this reading with some awesome characters from Burning Man (which by the way is on my must do list – I mean how could you not want to hang out with these people in the middle of a desert?).

It’s also funny to me how we are introduced to new inspirations sometimes when we need it most and that was the case with this because I hadn’t read the book in a long time and after watching this I just love how much the message parallels with what I’m going through at this point in my life.
